Membership in the Olney Mill Swim Club is open to all members of the community.  However, there are a limited number of memberships available. When all membership slots are full, requests for new memberships will be placed on a waiting list. Preference on the waiting list is given to those who are residents of the Olney Mill neighborhood.


Membership Fees for the 2021 season

  • Family membership $525.00
  • Senior membership $262.50

Membership also requires the purchase of a membership certificate (bond). When you cancel your membership, you can sell your membership certificate back to the club for the price you paid for it.  

Senior memberships are available as a family membership for two adult individuals who are 62 years and older, and who have been members of the Club for at least 10 consecutive years.

Membership Cancellation Process

Membership cancellation must be submitted in writing with signature in order to move forward with the sale of the membership bond, and formally cancel a pool membership.

Cancellation Letters should be mailed to:

In addition, all member pool passes must be submitted along with the cancellation letter.  Upon receipt of both the cancellation letter and membership passes, the membership committee will work to sell the available membership.  Once the membership is sold, bond money less a processing fee will be returned to the former member.  Additional details can be found in the bylaws.
