ARE YOU READY? Olney Mill Swim Club is planning to open THIS SATURDAY 6/20 at 11am! Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, things will be different this year as we closely follow CDC, state and county guidance to ensure all members have a safe summer.
Our staff will be following a stringent cleaning protocol throughout the day. Members and staff will be required to wear face masks when interacting with each other and we are asking for everyone’s help in maintaining the 6-foot social distancing guideline. There will be many rules in order to keep public safety our #1 priority and we ask that you help us keep a safe environment so we can remain open this summer.
While we are in Phase 2 of the county’s reopening plan, we will be limiting entry to 100 people at a time. We are initially planning on holding three 3-hour sessions per day with time off in between for staff to clean and disinfect. We will start to use a new online membership platform called MemberSplash in the next few weeks to administer membership accounts and register for sessions. Until this is ready we will utilize SignUpGenius for members to sign up for sessions. More information about this process will be forthcoming.
WE ARE EXCITED to open for you but we ask that everyone remain patient as we work out all the details. This situation is new for everyone involved. There will be issues but we are open to adapting and changing things as we see fit.
We will send an update via email, website and social media with more details on rules and instructions about reserving times.
